What it is
SimplyPie is a pizza dough calculator and a set of baking tools built as a web app you install on your phone. You pick a pan and a style, and it gives you the dough weight, the baker's percentages and every ingredient in grams. The water temperature tool, the fermentation planner with live kitchen timers, the Detroit masterclass, the catalogs and the bake journal sit around that calculation.
Detroit, New York and Neapolitan AVPN are free. Six more styles, the supporting tools, the Keto and World catalogs, the planner, the masterclass and the unlimited journal come with PRO, a one-time purchase.
The app runs offline, needs no account, loads no analytics and collects no data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Who makes it
SimplyPie is an independent app made by its founder, a home pizza baker, with the Detroit pan as the house style. It is built, tested and maintained in a small studio, not by a company with a sales team. The numbers in the calculator are checked against real bakes before they ship.
